Jose I.C. Laquian（ホセ・ラキーアン）氏

Jose Laquian is a member of the Philippine Department of Agriculture – Foreign Agriculture Service Corps. He served as attaché to the European Union including representation to its 28 member states and special assignments to Turkey and the Eurasian Economic Community from 2010 – 2019. Prior to his posting in Japan in November 2020, he served at the Office of the Secretary – Chief of Staff as special assistant for the conceptualization and development of the Agro-Industrial Business Corridor program among others of the Department. As head of the Philippine Agricultural Office in Japan, he is tasked to enhance bilateral relations, promote trade and investment including sustainability in agriculture, and tap knowledge, expertise and innovative and smart technology in developing further agriculture in the Philippines.

ホセ・ラキーアン氏はフィリピン農務省のForeign Agriculture Service Corpsのメンバー。2010年~2019年には、専門職外交官としてユーラシア経済共同体とトルコを含む欧州連合を担当。その後、フィリピン政府事務局長室主任の特任補佐として、Agro-Industrial Business Corridor（農産業ビジネス回廊）プログラムを推進。2020年11月より現職。在日フィリピン農業事務所長として、農産業の持続可能性とさらなる発展を目指し、二国間関係の強化、貿易・投資の促進、そして革新技術や知識の探索を行っている。

谷本 肇（たにもと ただし）氏

MBA, Keio Business School. Exchange student to the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Member of MENSA Japan. Started his business career as a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Tokyo and then moved to Silicon Valley to bridge startups in the US and corporations in Japan/Asia. After spending six years in the US, moved back to Tokyo in 2000 and founded Realcom, an enterprise software company which did an IPO in 2007 in TSE Mothers. In 2013, founded Tenex, a consulting, incubation, and investment company to assist startups including Ory Laboratory and Aub, Inc. Founded Galdieria with partners in 2015 and assumed CEO role since 2017.

慶應義塾大学大学院経営管理研究科修了（MBA）、ペンシルバニア大学ウオートンスクール交換留学プログラム修了。JAPAN MENSA会員。国内にて米系コンサルティングファーム勤務後シリコンバレーに渡り、主として米国ベンチャー企業と国内企業の事業提携、資本提携を支援、その後2000年に帰国し企業向けソフトウエア企業、リアルコム株式会社を創業、2007年に東証マザーズに上場。2013年、新規事業立ち上げコンサル、エンジェル活動他ベンチャー支援を行うテネクス株式会社創業。株式会社オリイ研究所、AuB株式会社等を支援。2015年当社設立に参画し、2017年代表取締役CEOに就任。

川口 真史（かわぐち まさし）氏

Born in 1968 in Tokyo. Learned Design at NY Parsons. After returning to Japan, worked for an advertising agency, and then worked for the Japanese subsidiary of British company Interbrand where he was engaged in corporate branding. In 2002, transferred to Dentsu Group. In 2007, worked at 20th Century Fox to do movie marketing. In 2009, participated in the founding of a startup venture within Dentsu, after which he was promoted as a founding director. In 2018, was involved with Polar Star Space, particularly with the promotion of international sales. In 2019, was also involved with a drone startup venture from MIT. In 2019, inaugurated a research project for hydrogen-powered drones. Currently in charge of International Business Development for Polar Star Space.

1968年、東京生まれ。NY PARSONSにてデザインを学ぶ。帰国後、広告代理店を経て英国Interbrand社の日本法人にて企業ブランディングに従事。2002年、電通グループに転職。2007年、出向により20世紀FOXにて映画マーケティングに従事。2009年、電通の社内ベンチャー創業に参画。以降、創業役員として事業推進。2018年、ポーラスタースペースに参画。主に海外営業を推進。2019年、米国MITベンチャーのドローン事業に参画。2020年、水素燃料ドローンの研究プロジェクトを発足。現、ポーラスタースペース社、International Business Development担当。

Yevgeny Aster Dulla, PhD（イェブジェニ・アスター・デューリヤ　博士）

Yev was born and raised in Iloilo City, Philippines. He graduated with a degree in BS Chemistry from the University of the Philippines – Visayas, after which he worked as an instructor at the University of the Philippines – Manila. He came to Japan in 2013 to pursue graduate studies through the HIGO Program of Kumamoto University, and acquired his Masters in Health Life Sciences in 2015 and his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2018. He worked at a business consultancy company in Tokyo in 2019 to help bring biotechnology and medical companies from abroad into Japan. In 2020, he joined Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. and is currently under the Frontier Development Division. He is also a Balik Scientist Awardee for 2021, and will be leading Leave a Nest Group’s Philippine team from this year.

フィリピンのイロイロ州出身。2010年にフィリピン大学・ビサヤキャンパスを卒業後（学士 化学）、フィリピン大学・マニラキャンパスにて化学の講師として勤務。2013年に来日し、熊本大学・文部科学省のHIGOプログラムに進学。2015年に修士号（健康生命科学）、2018年に博士号（健康生命科学・薬学科）を取得。卒業後は、営業代表等により日本進出支援を担うビジネスコンサルティング会社イントラリンクに勤め、欧米のバイオテクノロジーや医療機器の会社の日本展開をサポートした。2020年5月より現職。教育開発事業部、創業開発事業部を歴任し、2021年よりフィリピン子会社を設立し、代表就任。
