The Osaka Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Research 2022 (Saturday, August 27, 2022) aims to create connections between researchers and ventures across fields and to generate projects, and special events
Knowledge Manufacturing Ignition.(in Japanese history)(Partner: Focus Systems Co.

Teams of two or more people used the "Technology Splash" and "Poster & Booth Core Time" on the day of the conference to collide their knowledge and generate collaborative hypotheses, and submitted their research ideas. Through this project, a total of 10 application ideas by 22 people were gathered.

The following three teams were awarded the "Knowledge Mafacturing Ignition Focus Systems Award" from among the submitted ideas.

 

Collaboration theme: Investigation of a recycling-oriented livestock production system that contributes to CO2 reduction

Collaboration Theme: Uncovering Microbial Dark Matter in Untapped Urban Areas Using Suspended Bacteria-Collecting Drones

Call for proposals: All kinds of research aimed at realizing a smart society through hyper interdisciplinary collaboration

We are looking for highly novel themes to be created through collaboration among different fields. Target fields for collaboration include, but are not limited to, the environment, energy, resources, manufacturing, IoT, robotics, mobility, artificial intelligence, transportation, medicine, nursing care, healthcare, biotechnology, agriculture, marine development, food, disaster prevention, and after-corona.
