- Innovation has long been split into 2 categories: serendipitous and designed. Some of humanity’s greatest achievements in science and technology were the result of fortuitous coincidences between people and concept. However, can we actively accelerate serendipitous innovation? Leave a Nest strives to create the environment where interdisciplinary research clashes and intermingles, creating the highest possible chances of serendipitous innovation. This conference takes a greater look at the different circumstances behind designed and serendipitous innovation to envision the best environment for innovation.
