【超異分野学会 東京2026】ハンドルを握っているのは誰か ─ 行動変容という幻想を疑う/2026年3月7日(土) 14:40-15:30

At the Super Interdisciplinary Conference Tokyo 2026, hosted by LIVERNESS, we will hold the session "Who is at the Wheel - Doubting the Illusion of Behavior Change" (session partner: Panasonic Automotive Systems, Inc.

Is behavior change really occurring through "persuasion" or "right answers"? The very assumption that people make rational decisions and move rationally may already be outdated. Rather than being the result of decision-making, actual behavior is created as if drawn by the environment, atmosphere, and physical sensations. In this session, we will reconsider behavior as something that "happens" rather than something that "changes. Taking the unstoppable daily act of movement as a starting point, we will question whether technology leads people or people are used by technology. Can behavioral change be manipulated, or is it a phenomenon in which the designer is also involved? This is a debate that will shake up the assumptions of industry and society.

We will have a program of discussions with researchers, ventures, and companies from a variety of perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session. For more information,Conference Websitefor more information.
