The Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference Osaka 2025, organized by RIVANES, will hold the session "Organizational Culture Sprouts Between 'Sense' and 'Measure'" (session partner: RIVANES Knowledge Co.

Modern organizations require a balance between communication that brings out the psychological safety and initiative of members and an approach that quantifies results and performance. Many organizations are still searching for specific methodologies on how to integrate the two and shape organizational culture. In this session, we will discuss practical findings that generate new organizational culture from the analysis of daily communication and the possibilities for future research to deepen this knowledge.

Chief Analytical Officer, Interbeing, Inc.

Data Scientist/People Analyst. He has made "analytics that makes working people happy" his lifelong mission, and has been a researcher for the People Analytics & HR Technology Association since 2018; he will be an advisory committee member of Seijo University's Data Science Education and Research Center in 2019, and a part-time lecturer from 2023. He is the author of "Data Scientist Training Reader - Introduction to People Analytics," 2018; "Data Scientist Training Reader - Social Media Network Analysis," 2016; "Logic Puzzles for Programmers" (translation), 2009; "The Art of Recruitment and Success. WirelessWire News (web article series), 2018.

Mr. Hayato Takahashi
Director, Incubation Center, arience Inc.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo with a Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, he joined Toyo Ink Mfg. Ltd. in 2003, where he was engaged in the development of UV-curable functional hard coatings and successfully launched it as a new business within the company, and experienced plant start-up, product development, and overseas marketing. In 2023, the current department was newly established as an organization under the direct control of the president, and is currently engaged in a trial-and-error process to create new businesses.

Takeshi Hiratsuka
Director, Liverness Knowledge, Inc.

Born in 1980. After working in mission-critical system development and data infrastructure construction, he is currently a Business Systems Analyst specializing in SaaS combined data utilization. He is engaged in DX support, lectures, and writing, with the goal of "increasing the number of organizations that can use AI/IT to its fullest. After leading the implementation and promotion of business and system areas at SmartNews, he has been a director of Rivanes Knowledge since 2023.
