Eight Partner Companies for the 10th Annual Meeting of the Association for Hyperdifferentiation.

(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Vice President CTO: Jo Inoue) has been holding the "Super Interdisciplinary Conference" since 2012 as a place where people from academia, large corporations, ventures, local factories, educational institutions such as junior high and high schools, and local governments gather to generate new knowledge and seeds for projects by combining knowledge among participants. The "Super Interdisciplinary Conference" is held as a place where participants can cross-fertilize their knowledge to create the seeds of new knowledge and projects. We are pleased to announce that eight partner companies have been selected for the 10th main conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields, which will be held on March 5 (Fri.) and 6 (Sat.), 2021.

The previous conference, the 9th main conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields, was held online for the first time for a hyperdifferent field conference on Thursday, April 23, 2020, under the conference theme "A New Era of Knowledge Manufacturing". In response to the situation where the government has declared a state of emergency due to the new coronavirus infection, under the slogan "Don't Stop Knowledge Manufacturing," seven online panel discussions and two-minute pitches by 51 researchers, ventures, and town factories were held, bringing together researchers from academia, ventures, large companies, A total of 1,462 people, the largest number ever at a super interdisciplinary conference, participated in the event, including researchers from academia, venture companies, large corporations, core companies, small and medium-sized companies, small factories, producers, ministries and local governments, and elementary, junior high, and high school students.

The 10th main conference of the Society for Hyperdifferentiation, to be held on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6, 2021, will focus on "Change, Adaptation, and Evolution" as the conference theme, with 36 sessions over the two days of discussions centered on science and technology. Now, with the global epidemic of new infectious diseases, major changes are taking place in various layers of human activities due to technological advances and changes in the natural environment, as well as in our lifestyles. Because we are a hyper-disciplinary society, we believe that we can not only adapt to the changes that are occurring now, but also generate new knowledge that will move us further forward.
