<Prizes and themes to be established

(1) D-0. award

Partner: Japan Tobacco Inc.

Theme: Create Fulfilling Life for the future Collaborative Hypothesis to Create a "Fulfilling Life" yet to be seen

We are exploring and envisioning a future in which each and every one of us can feel "truly fulfilled". Living" in this theme refers to the totality of our daily choices and environment, including housing, food, transportation, health, learning, rest, and connection. Taking "livelihood" as a starting point, we invite collaborative hypotheses across disciplines, including biotechnology, healthcare, living environment, sensing, communication, body extension, well aging, behavior change, and human sensitivity.

(2) Territorial Award

Partner: Teral Corporation

Call for proposals: New value created by water and air flow Collaborative hypothesis for "controlling", "using up", and "re-creating" the flow

Water and air are constantly in motion in factories, construction, infrastructure, agriculture, fisheries, and other sites, but much of it has been discarded as exhaust, wastewater, and waste heat, and treated as loss, containing energy and chemical substances. In this theme, we welcome cross-disciplinary collaborative hypotheses that have the potential to fundamentally update energy utilization, work environments, and global environmental issues by rethinking the way water and air are delivered, transforming transportation into value generation, and redesigning the process to include recovery and utilization.

Pioneer Corporation Award

Partner: Pioneer Corporation

Call for proposals: collaborative hypothesis to create an evolving future apartment building.

With the declining birthrate, aging and shrinking population, a shortage of construction workers, rising material costs, and the need for decarbonization, apartment complexes are in need of major updates. We are calling for research ideas (collaborative teams) from different fields and industries to realize "future apartments that will continue to evolve," not only in terms of efficiency on the supply side, such as "long-lasting use" and "construction with a small number of people," but also in terms of supporting the health and security of residents and keeping performance updated in accordance with changes in lifestyle.

(4) Lipidome Lab Award

Partner: Lipidome Labs, Inc.

Call for proposals: Collaborative hypothesis to create new value in "food x health x lipids".

Since ancient times, fats have been consumed favorably because they are highly addictive and have a high rate of energy production in the body. However, in today's saturated diet, the image of "fat = bad for the body" has taken hold because of its role as a factor in lifestyle-related diseases. Lipids that support health are the next generation of functional materials that enrich our lives and are essential targets for achieving wellbeing. Why don't you challenge to discover functional lipids together with us by utilizing Lipidome Lab's unique materials and cutting-edge technology to understand lipids in the body? Please come and hit us with your various collaborative hypotheses.

5) Hyperdifferent Field Award

Installer:Leave a Nest Co., Ltd.

Call for proposals: Collaborative hypotheses for the development of science and technology and their contribution to the earth

At LIVERNESS, we have created many projects under the philosophy of "any collaborative hypothesis that realizes the development of science and technology and contributes to the earth". We welcome collaborative hypotheses that are (1) interesting, (2) new, and (3) sustainable, combining fields, industries, and your enthusiasm that we have not yet tried.

We are looking forward to receiving active applications from participants. Let's have a heated discussion at the venue on the day of the event.
