Trust, Behavior, and the Human Side of Technology in Medicine

As artificial intelligence, robotics, and predictive analytics continue to transform healthcare, an equally important question arises: how do humans adapt, trust, and collaborate with these technologies?

At HIC Singapore 2025, Panel 4 - Healthcare Innovation: Technology for a Better Tomorrow will bring together three key innovators shaping the future of medicine,. Airato, NDR Medical, and Stratificare, to explore how technology and humanity can coexist and complement one another in care.

Dr. Noriyuki Kadoya is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of AiRato, Inc., a Sendai-based radiotherapy AI start-up revolutionising cancer He also serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology. He also serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine and as a Hospital Lecturer at Tohoku University Hospital. With extensive research experience at Stanford University and UC Davis, Dr. Kadoya is recognised for his pioneering work in deep learning- driven radiation therapy, radiomics, and radiology.
