RIVERNESS will hold a session entitled "On-roku-chishin (New Learning from the Past) - Living Environment in the New Era with Japanese Climate and Technology" at the Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference Osaka 2025 hosted by RIVERNESS (session partner: YAMADA SHOKAI HOLDING Co., Ltd.). (session partner: Yamada Shokai Holding Co., Ltd.) will be held.
As the environment surrounding humans changes on a global scale due to climate change, disasters, and the impact of resources and waste, the living environment must also evolve in a sustainable and flexible manner. Now is the time for a new perspective based on Japanese wisdom and technology. In this session, we will add a scientific perspective to our knowledge of construction, materials, and architectural design with a focus on the "uniquely Japanese qualities" to discuss the ideal living environment for a new era, one that changes flexibly with the times and the environment.
We will have a program of discussions with researchers, ventures, and companies from a variety of perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session. For more information,Conference Websitefor more information.
