Kagawa Prefecture has long flourished as the gateway to Shikoku, and since the opening of the Great Seto Bridge in 1988, the exchange of people and knowledge has become even more active, resulting in significant economic and cultural development. However, the Kagawa Forum of the Association of Transdisciplinary Research proposes the building of a "bridge" in the Seto Inland Sea region, including Kagawa, where knowledge exchange and fusion can take place across regions and eras. Through these bridges, we aim to promote the fusion of knowledge and create the future of the world, leading to solutions to global issues from the Setouchi area.
