Call for Participants [Conference on Transdisciplinary Research] What is the human resource flow model to utilize the potential of researchers / March 5, 2021, 16:00-@Ota-ku.
panel discussion
What is the human resource flow model to utilize the potential of researchers?

RIVANES will host a panel discussion on "What is a Human Resource Mobility Model to Utilize Researchers' Potential" (session partner: Ikeda Rika Corporation, presented by Research Career Center) at the 10th Annual Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Research, March 5-6, 2021 (Friday and Saturday). The panel discussion will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 5-6, 2012.

One of the values of doctoral personnel should be their ability to think outside of the existing frameworks of companies and organizations to create something new. D. personnel do not have to adapt themselves to the image of human resources that companies are looking for, but rather, they should create a new model in which researchers and companies can deepen mutual understanding through activities that enable collaboration with companies by utilizing their research backgrounds. This session will discuss the possibility of researchers playing an active role in both industry and academia. A model for human resource mobility that is not a conventional internship will be considered from this forum.

We will have a program of discussions among researchers, start-ups, and large companies from a variety of perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
We are now accepting applications for audience participation. Please visit the conference website (see below).

*The event will be held after taking measures against new coronavirus infection on the day of the event. For more information
