Notice Concerning the Implementation of Measures to Prevent the Spread of Infectious Diseases

The following measures will be taken to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in preparation for the Kansai Forum 2020 of the Japan Society for Hyperdifferential Research to be held on Sunday, June 21, 2020. We would like to ask for the cooperation of all visitors when they come to the Forum.

1. use of the venue

Maximum capacity at each session venue and number of seats to be set up at the Kansai Forum of the Japan Society for Hyperdifferential Studies

• At the reception desk, visitors will be guided to keep a 1-meter distance between each other.
• At each venue, seating and poster panels will be arranged with consideration for social distance.
• Alcohol sanitizers are available on each floor of the venue and in the restrooms.
• Entrances and exits will be opened at each session venue to provide ventilation inside the venue.

2. visitor relations

• If any of the following apply to you, you will not be allowed to participate
  • If you are not feeling well on the day(e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, taste disorder, etc.)
  • Travel to a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry or required a period of observation after entry within the past 14 days, or have been in close contact with a person residing in this NPP.
  • Concentrated contact within 14 days with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection
  • Temperature check (non-contact type) at the time of reception, if the temperature result is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher

• Masks are required to be worn in the venue, and those not wearing masks will not be allowed to participate.
• If you become ill during the event, please notify the staff immediately.
• To avoid excessive contact with the reception staff, please take your own name tag and handouts.
• Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers with alcohol during breaks and when having lunch on site.
