Within the Kansai Forum 2020 (Sunday, June 21, 2020) of the Association of Transdisciplinary Studies, hosted by RIVANES, a panel discussion entitled "TheCan you design effective teams with visibility into organizational networks?"(Session Partner: Kansai Electric Power Co.)The event will be held at the following location.

As more and more tasks are automated due to the penetration of AI and robots, the way of working required of humans is expected to center on "co-creation" to create new value in cooperation with others. In such an environment, "teamwork" will be emphasized more than ever, and effective teams must be designed to produce results. Teams composed with a focus on individual skills and knowledge are not necessarily optimal. Good teamwork demonstrates synergistic value beyond the addition of individual talents. In this session, we will discuss how effective teams can be designed by visualizing organizational networks based on the characteristics and relationships among members.

We have prepared a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session. We are looking for audience members, so please join us. Please visit the conference website (see below).

After completing his graduate studies in Open Environmental Science at Keio University, he joined Kansai Electric Power Co. After engaging in planning work for thermal power plants, he was transferred to the Research and Development Office. In the R&D Office, he was in charge of planning new business creation and experienced entrepreneurial activities at KEPCO in 2018. Currently, he is engaged in planning for new business creation, etc. at the Technical Research Institute.

Mr. Yosuke Date
Representative Director of Business Research Lab, Inc. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kobe University Graduate School of Business Administration. Master's degree in Business Administration. While enrolled in the same graduate school, he founded LLP Business Research Lab in 2009 and Business Research Lab Inc. in 2011. Since then, he has been developing his research business with a focus on the human resource field.

Graduated from Indiana University, USA. Started his own business after 7 years of working at an investment bank. Founded Emosta Inc. in 2017 after hitting it off with his brother-in-law, Xander, a psychologist; engaged in various projects with companies using their self-developed emotion recognition AI with the goal of social implementation of psychological findings through the use of AI.
