After graduating from Kagawa University's Faculty of Economics in 1999, he joined The Chugoku Bank, Ltd. He was in charge of business restructuring at the sales branch and loan department, and in 2014, he was transferred to the Iwate Prefecture Industrial Restoration Consultation Center to assist in the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake. After returning to Iwate, he assumed his current position.
