What is the mechanism to encourage children's excitement and proactive behavior?

A panel discussion, "The Future of Education Deepened by Excitement," will be held within the 9th Annual Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Studies, hosted by LIVERNESS (March 6-7, 2020 (Friday and Saturday)).

The 9th Main Conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields WEB:https://hic.lne.st/conference/hic2020/

The environment surrounding society is changing drastically, and the nature of school education is about to undergo a major transformation. The concept of the new guidelines also points out the importance of fostering not only knowledge and skills, but also "the ability to think, judge, and express" and "the ability to face learning. At the LIVERNESS Center for Education and Research, we have been conducting research since 2018 on the concept of "excitement" as the driving force that motivates children to "want to know more" and "want to try" and to take independent action in regard to things they are interested in. In this session, we will discuss the environment and mechanisms to create and further develop children's excitement based on the relationship between excitement and behavior that we have discovered through our research up to last year.

We will have a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
Audience members are invited to attend the conference. Please visit the conference website (see below).
