[Fukushima Hamadori Forum, Oct. 26 (Sat)] Call for Abstracts (Deadline: Oct. 19), Audience Participation Form Now Open.

On Saturday, October 26, 2019, the Fukushima Hamadori Forum of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields will be held, hosted by the Fukushima Innovation Coast Initiative Promotion Organization and managed by Liverness. In conjunction with this event, we are now accepting applications for poster presentation abstracts and auditing participation.

This forum will be held at the Fukushima Robot Test Field, a large-scale outdoor demonstration test site being developed in Minamisoma City and Namie Town, Fukushima Prefecture, mainly for field robots, including unmanned aerial vehicles, disaster response robots, automated driving robots, and underwater exploration robots. A research building was completed in the Robot Test Field in September this year, and nine universities, research institutes and companies housed there will not only be invited as panel discussion speakers and poster presenters, but also companies, ventures and researchers from inside and outside the prefecture will participate, focusing on drones, non-destructive inspection, robots, agricultural IoT, etc. The discussion will focus on drones, non-destructive inspection, robotics, agriculture IoT, etc.

Discussions at this meeting will lead to the creation of new R&D projects utilizing the demonstration test field.
