Daniel Esposito has 7 years of nanofabrication and nanomaterial synthesis experience. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University where he worked at the NSF funded Center for High-Rate Nanomanufacturing. As an R&D Nanotechnologist at NanoLab, he focused on carbon nanotube synthesis, functionalization and device fabrication for both government and commercially funded projects. He is experienced with CVD synthesis scale up for large-scale production of carbon nanotubes. Daniel is also the Business Lead for the related NSF I-Corps and PFI grants.
Daniel left NanoLab following the success of his business, Daniel Esposito Research and Development (formerly Herd Marketing Solutions), which focused on helping small and medium sized businesses and nonprofits examine, and build solutions for, business problems. He was brought on to start a Online Marketing Division for Digital Media Communications and has lead development projects with clients like The Kingdom of Tonga’s Permanent Mission to the UN, and UMASS Boston’s Global Environmental Governance Project. Daniel has operated his business for 6 years, working with small businesses to ecommerce companies with $3-5 Million in revenue, and has managed marketing campaigns to over 100,000 people.

Dr Brian Miller EFRSE is the inventor of the technology, co-founder and managing director of uFraction8. With previous experience working as an industrial automation and controls engineer, he brings experience to the team of specifying, creating and commissioning of industrial equipment to heavy industries. Working towards regulatory compliance and implementation of quality management systems will be simplified by utilisation of his experience. In addition, significant design and development can be done in house saving on time and cost.
Applying his experience and insight during the initial invention of uFraction8's technology has also allowed for manufacturing concerns to be addressed by design as opposed to an afterthought. Working closely with a key supplier, uniquely capable of producing the high precision parts required for the thousands of microfluidic components required, CoG's have been kept within tight economic constraints.

Mr. Andre Stolz has 16 years experience in Portfolio Innovation, Product Supply and Engineering. He’s an expert in innovation leadership, supply chain, manufacturing processes and product program leadership, and brings an extensive understanding of FMCG businesses from Braun/Oral-B and Procter & Gamble. He also brings significant experience in managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse teams, specifically in Asia. He has been embedded in the Singapore Innovation ecosystem since 2008, and worked in Asia since 2005.
