I want to live well tomorrow. In today's age of 100-year life expectancy, this is the desire of everyone. This is not only to prevent illness, but also to live each day with vitality in mind and body. The two actions that play a key role in building our health are physical exercise and eating. In this session, we will discuss the role of "exercise" and "eating," two activities that are central to our health and wellness.Kingdom of Vigoras one case study, and from the perspectives of "exercise" and "food" related behaviors, as well as data science, we will consider prescriptions for living well tomorrow.
The program is not limited to the themes of this session, but includes discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from a variety of perspectives. For more information, please refer to the forum website.

President and Representative Director, Humanome Research Institute, Inc.
D. in Science. D. in Science. He has served as Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo, Associate Professor at Ochanomizu University, Associate Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology, and Research Team Leader at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) before assuming his current position. He specializes in the development of machine learning and mathematical statistics methods and large-scale data analysis in the life sciences, and is involved in projects in a variety of fields aimed at social implementation.
Ms. Sayuri Goryoda
Assistant Professor (PI), Laboratory of Integrated Food and Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Yamagata University
D. from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Engaged in research at Harvard School of Public Health, National Institute of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition, and Tsuji Culinary Education Institute, Inc. He developed a system to change eating behavior from the shopping stage using behavioral economics methods such as nudges, etc. He received the 47th Liberace Research Fund Hyperdifferential Society Award in 2020 and moved to Shonai in April 2020. He established SABE, an organization that provides information on how to protect oneself from disease by eating in a way that takes into account individual differences and supports new farmers, and was awarded the NIPPON FOOD SHIFT by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. He specializes in preventive medicine and behavioral science, but he is also a chef and a farmer, and is using his background to tackle various social issues with food as a starting point.

Graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Economics. 1 year of part-time work at a sports club, followed by 1 year in New Zealand. After spending a year working at a sports club, he spent a year in New Zealand and returned to Sakata. Currently, he is the president of Togashi Sports, an outdoor sports store, and the chairman of "NPO Genki Oukoku," which supports health promotion through exercise and sports. In 2018, he also became a concierge at the Sakata City Industrial Promotion and Town Development Center (Sanroku). His life's work is to promote health through outdoor fields in Shonai.

M.S. (Agriculture), Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo. Master of Agriculture. Specialized in microbiology, enzymology, and agrochemistry. After working for a consulting company, he joined RIVANES in 2015. He has worked in the Human Resource Development Division and the Research and Development Division. Since joining the company, he has been involved in a number of "RIVANES Research Grants," a research grant program for young researchers, building partnerships between academia and companies, and at the same time supporting social implementation of research results. Under the theme of "creating opportunities for people to change through research," he is currently making efforts to create a place where knowledge can be fused across fields and organizations and new research can be created, centered on the "Association of Super-Different Fields.
