Behind-the-scenes story of overseas start-up manufacturing support by a local factory

A panel discussion, "Behind the Scenes of Overseas Startup Manufacturing Support by Town Factories" (session partner: Ota Ward, Tokyo), will be held within the 9th Main Conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields (March 6-7, 2020 (Friday and Saturday)), hosted by LIVERNESS.

The 9th Main Conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields WEB:https://hic.lne.st/conference/hic2020/

Ota City, which has a large concentration of "machi-factories" that support the backbone of Japan's manufacturing industry, is conducting a demonstration experiment to create examples of collaboration between local factories and overseas start-ups, with a view to utilizing the Haneda Airport Site Zone 1, which is scheduled to be developed by 2020, together with LEVANES Corporation. This fiscal year, 88 promising manufacturing startup teams from six Southeast Asian countries were identified, and four were selected to develop prototypes. In this session, as a debriefing session of the "Demonstration Experiment Project for Creating Collaboration between Startups and Manufacturing Companies," we will unveil the startups and their prototypes from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and Japan, and talk nakedly about the various challenges and solutions that occurred during the process.

We will have a program of discussions among researchers, start-ups, and large companies from a variety of perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
Audience members are invited to attend the conference. Please visit the conference website (see below).

Yukihiro Sayama
We are a reverse engineering company that is self-appointed as a "rush temple for manufacturing. Our base is our perspective as an inspector of 3D measurement and component analysis, and our generalist skills, which have been used to improve cases of recalls and troubles caused by incorrect transition to mass production. We strive to maintain and grow OTA JAPAN QUALITY by rating the on-site capabilities of companies participating in the "E-Monozukuri Network," for which we serve as a contact point, from the perspective of an inspector, and by trying to provide the best match for their needs.

The company has a wide range of customers in the food, automobile, medical, and semiconductor industries.
