The 9th Main Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Research in the Workplace】How to change people and organizations, and how to get involved in the workplace? / March 6, 2020 16:00 - 17:00 @ Ota-ku, Tokyo
2020.01.28How to get involved in the Workplace?
Within the 9th Annual Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Research, hosted by LIVERNESS (March 6-7, 2020 (Friday and Saturday)), a panel discussion, "How to Engage in the Workplace to Transform People and Organizations?" (session partner: Duskin Corporation).
Today, as working styles diversify, the workplace environment, the place where people physically gather, is changing. Workplace cleaning is outsourced or left to robots, and remote workers who do not show up at the office in the first place are on the rise. On the other hand, many people in Japan have been familiar with the custom of everyone cleaning since elementary school, and the concept of 5S, which was born in the manufacturing industry, has not become old-fashioned. What kind of effect does it have on people and organizations when workers themselves are proactively involved in space creation, as in the case of cleaning, for example? Duskin Inc., a professional in the field of lifestyle and workplace environment improvement, will be joined by a company conducting empirical research on the workplace, as well as a researcher exploring the relationship between people and the greening of space.
We will have a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
Audience members are invited to attend the conference. Please visit the conference website (see below).
