The 9th Conference on Hyperdisciplinarity: New Trends in the Training of the Next Generation of Researchers / March 6, 2020, 11:00a.m.-@Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan
2020.01.27
A panel discussion, "New Trends in the Training of the Next Generation of Researchers," will be held within the 9th Main Conference of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields, March 6-7, 2020 (Friday and Saturday), hosted by LIVERNESS.
In order to nurture the ability to survive in these unpredictable times, inquiry activities are now flourishing in school education. However, the on-site environment is not sufficient, and connections with university and corporate experts have not been created. Until now, the involvement of universities and companies in educational activities has been viewed as social contribution activities (CSR) and outreach activities. However, it seems that the value of involvement in the next generation's exploration activities goes beyond that. In this session, we will introduce examples of advanced initiatives involving collaboration between researchers and engineers and school sites, while experts involved in children's inquiry activities will talk about what they have gained and the value they have gained through their activities, and consider the new researcher development that is occurring beyond the organizational framework.
We will have a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
Audience members are invited to attend the conference. Please visit the conference website (see below).
