About

Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference
It is a place where researchers, large corporations, small factories, and venture companies, regardless of their field or industry, can fuse their knowledge and technology through discussion to identify new research themes and issues that humanity must face and promote research together.
Under the conference theme of ” Open a New Voyage of Knowledge,” Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo 2023 will offer 18 sessions over two days of discussions aimed at creating new research themes and projects. By colliding and combining the knowledge that each brings to the conference, we aim to propose ideas from here that will lead to solutions to the world’s mountainous issues and serve as the foundation for a new era and new values.

To present your research (poster presentation) or exhibit in a booth introducing your business, please register here. In case the number of applicants exceeds the number of requests, we will select from those who wish to participate and only some will be accepted.

If you meet the above presentation qualifications and wish to make a research presentation, please select “Poster Presentation“.(2) Business introduction (Booth Exhibition)
If you are qualified to make a presentation and would like to introduce your business, please select “Booth Exhibition“.

[Technology Splash registration is closed]

Poster presenters and booth exhibitors who wish to present at the “Technology Splash “* program on March 3 and 4 from 10:00-11:00 am are eligible to do so. If you wish to present at Technology Splash, please select “Yes” to the question in the abstract submission form.

*Technology Splash is a “short pitch” in which researchers and venture capitalists will present their work to the participants, transcending the boundaries of their fields and affiliations.

Auditorium Ticket Registration

Researchers and students affiliated with universities and other research institutions	Free Representatives of poster presentation and booth exhibition do not need to register for an auditorium tickets. Collaborators and accompanying persons of the presenters must register for an auditorium ticket.*

Companies and government agencies	113,960 Yen/person for two days （Tax and handling fee included） Cancellation Policy for Paid Auditorium Ticket (Credit Card Payment) – If you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions or event participation restrictions resulting from the spread of the new coronavirus infection as decided by your company or government agency, we will refund the amount (106,040 yen) minus a handling fee. Contact Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo 2023 Information Center ([email protected]) by Thursday, March 2, 2023, to request a cancellation or refund. – Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for any other reason. Please understand that no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any other reason. – In the case that the Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo 2023 is cancelled by the organizer, a refund (106,040 yen) minus a handling charge will be made regardless of whether or not a cancellation/refund request is made. Cancellation Policy for Paid Auditorium Ticket (Bill Payment) – In the case of invoice payment, Leave a Nest will issue an invoice within 5 business days from the date of application. – If you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions or event participation restrictions resulting from the spread of the new coronavirus infection as decided by your company or government agency, we will refund the amount (106,040 yen) minus a handling fee. Contact Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo 2023 Information Center ([email protected]) by Thursday, March 2, 2023, to request a cancellation or refund. – The deadline for payment is March 31, 2023. Cancellation for any other reason or on the day of the conference will not be accepted. Cancellations for any other reason or on the day of the conference will not be accepted. – In the case that Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo 2023 is cancelled by the organizer’s decision, your claim will be cancelled regardless of whether or not you have submitted a cancellation request.
