History

In 2002, under the slogan of "Be hyperdifferent," a group of like-minded researchers who share their own expertise with others and accept the expertise of others founded the Hyperdifferential Exchange Group.
Later, in 2011, the number of participants and their areas of expertise expanded at an accelerated pace with the participation of recipients of the "Leave a Nest Grant," a research grant for young researchers. The following year, it was reorganized into an academic society.
In addition, numerous venture founders from the TECH PLANTER community, a seed acceleration program for technology ventures, participate. From there, the Super Interdisciplinary Society has become a forum for discussions on all phases of science and technology, from basic research to commercialization.

Start of "Hyper Interdisciplinary Exchange Meetings

The "Super Interdisciplinary Exchange Meeting," the predecessor of the Society for Interdisciplinary Research, began in a small café. Graduate students from various specialties gathered to talk about how interesting their research was to their peers in different fields.

Leave a Nest Grant (2008-)

The "Research Grant Program for Young Researchers" was started with this idea in mind: "Let's stimulate the research activities of young researchers of our generation." This is the reason why we started the Research Grant Program for Young Researchers. Today, with the support of many companies, we continue to support young researchers.

Numerous venture founders from the "TECH PLANTER" community participated. The "TECH PLANTER" community has become a forum for discussions on all phases of science and technology, from basic research to commercialization.

TECH PLANTER (2013-)

Research results generated at universities are not easily implemented in society. TECH PLANTER was launched to solve this problem, and with the support of numerous partners, we are encouraging real-tech ventures to launch their nests.
