Concept Presentation and Discussion
The presentation by high school students, "-Million Human Migration Plan to Mars - Concept Presentation and Discussion" (session partner: Project Mars -Education (Session Partner: Project Mars -Education League JP-).
Today, it is no longer a dream for humans to live on Mars. However, what would a realistic life on Mars be like? In the latter half of last year, 410 students participated in "Project Mars -Education League JP-," a project sponsored by HP Japan, Inc. with the cooperation of JAXA, and came up with a plan to send 1 million people to Mars.
In this session, we will invite students who have passed the finalists of the first phase with their concept proposals that have a strong scientific basis and are full of originality, and invite them to give a presentation on their plans. After the presentation, we will have a discussion with the participants to explore life on Mars, transcending the boundaries between students, professionals, and educators.
Advance registration is required to attend the lecture, so please register as soon as possible.

What is the Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference?
Since 2002, when RIVERNESS was founded, we have held an annual "Super Hetero-Disciplinary Exchange Meeting" where students and researchers participating in internship programs at RIVERNESS discuss their thoughts on their research and issues they wish to solve through their research. Since 2012, the conference has evolved into a "super interdisciplinary conference" with the participation of researchers from industry and academia, where discussions are held from a broader perspective.
Today, the meeting is held annually as a gathering of people from diverse fields and industries, ranging from junior high and high school students, researchers and engineers in academia (including engineers from local factories), people involved in venture companies, accelerators, and managers and business development personnel from large corporations.
