リバネスが主催する超異分野学会 東京2026では、セッション「東洋的バイオアップサイクルが拓くNature Positive」を開催いたします。
私たちが直面する気候変動、資源枯渇、食料システムの脆弱性といった課題は、単一の技術だけでは解決できません。本セッションでは、リバネスのテックプランターを勝ち抜いて来日するベンチャーで、東南アジア特有の環境を活かした、バイオアップサイクルの課題に取り組む3社を迎えます。東南アジア特有の環境と日本の技術の融合により、Nature Positiveな新たな技術革新を生み出す方法を探ります。

BIKI CEO
Muhammad Hafid Rosidin is the Founder and CEO of BIKI, an Indonesian agritech startup turning shrimp shell waste into a science-based edible coating that extends the shelf life of fresh produce. A graduate of IPB University and the son of a farmer, he is driven to reduce post-harvest losses, increase farmers’ income, and support national food security. His innovation has reached 34 provinces across Indonesia and earned international recognition, including Indonesia SDG Action Award, Global P4G Partnerships, and Grand Winner at Tech Planter Asia 2025.

Flylab CEO
Nico Bery is the Founder and CEO of Flylab Feed, a Singapore-headquartered biotechnology company operating in Thailand and India with a strategic focus on Asia. Flylab converts food waste into high-value protein, oil, and organic fertilizer using Black Soldier Fly technology. Nico leads strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and industrial scale-up, developing modular production facilities close to raw material sources. Since founding Flylab in 2021, he has secured strategic investors, commercial contracts, and international joint ventures. His mission is to build scalable circular infrastructure across Asia that reduces waste, strengthens feed security, and delivers sustainable long-term returns.

上野 裕子
株式会社リバネス グループ開発事業本部 部長
博士（理学）。在学中は米国留学経験を通じて生命の起源の探求を行う。2013年株式会社リバネス入社。人材開発事業部にて、日本の若手研究者のための米国研修を開発。同事業部の部長を2年経て、冊子『創業応援』の編集長に就任、多くのベンチャー経営者との対話を行う。その後日本のディープテックスタートアップの東南アジア進出や、東南アジアのスタートアップの日本進出支援の経験を経て、2021年10月より、グループ開発事業本部 部長就任。リバネスグループの最大化のため、東南アジアと日本を融合する知識プラットフォームの確立を目指す。
