After retirement, he worked for the Osaka Food Sanitation Association before assuming his current position. He is also actively involved in academic activities as a director of the Japanese Society of Bacteriostasis and Mold Prevention and a former director of the Japanese Society of Food Microbiology.<br \/>\nCombining years of field experience and research results, the company now offers multifaceted mold-related testing, research, and consulting services. They scientifically analyze the ecology and characteristics of various molds and propose highly effective control and prevention measures from a microbiological perspective.
