Since the condition of the cargo inside the container affects the truck's overall center of gravity, the speed limit for turning varies depending on the position of the center of gravity, sometimes leading to unexpected tipping over accidents. To address these issues, Mr. Watanabe has conducted research to detect the state of moving objects and prevent tipping over, and has discovered the three-dimensional center-of-gravity detection theory. This technology has been implemented and utilized in port logistics.<\/p>\n This theory was born from the idea that it might be applicable to a moving object such as a human being, and the collaboration between different fields was born to counteract fatigue and heat stroke of civil engineering workers. The human center-of-gravity detection theory, which was developed for human walking, can capture the degree of swaying of a person while walking, which may not be apparent at first glance, and evaluate it as the degree of fatigue. It is expected to be useful in managing the physical condition of physical workers, for example, by encouraging them to take appropriate breaks before they reach the limit of collapse.
