(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Executive Vice President and CTO: Jo Inoue) has been holding the \"Super Interdisciplinary Conference\" since 2012 as a place where people from various fields and affiliations, including academia, large corporations, ventures, local factories, educational institutions such as junior high schools and high schools, and local governments, gather and combine their knowledge to create new knowledge and seeds for projects. The \"Super Interdisciplinary Conference\" is held as a place where people from various fields and affiliations gather to generate new knowledge and seeds for projects by combining the knowledge of the participants. We are pleased to announce that partner companies and organizations have been selected for the Super Heterodox Society Kagawa Forum 2021, which will be held on December 4, 2021 (Saturday).<\/p>\n

In the Shikoku region, we have been holding the Kagawa Tech Planter since 2019 as an initiative to discover and nurture local technology ventures, together with partners mainly from companies in the prefecture. Starting this year, we will transform the Kagawa Tech Planter into a super interdisciplinary academic conference to attract knowledge to Kagawa, the nexus of Shikoku and Honshu, and to build a new ecosystem of knowledge creation by combining it with the knowledge nurtured in the region.<\/p>\n

The Kagawa Forum 2021, to be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, will aim to create new knowledge by holding sessions on various themes related to science and technology under the conference theme of \"Setouchi as a stage to create new knowledge to solve global issues. We will create new knowledge that will lead to the solution of issues in Japan and the world, such as the solution of marine litter problems and the effective use of abandoned farmland, and disseminate this knowledge from the Setouchi area to the rest of the world.<\/p>\n
