On Sunday, June 21, 2020, LIVERNESS hosted the Japan Society of Hyperdifferent Fields Kansai Forum 2020. On the day of the event, as many as 151 people gathered at the venue, including researchers, venture companies, large corporations, local factories, and even junior and senior high school students. Although the number of participants was limited due to measures taken to prevent new coronavirus infection, the event was a great success, with two keynote speeches, nine sessions, 24 research poster presentations, and booth exhibits by 29 companies, ventures, and factories.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year's Japan Society for Hyperdisciplinary Research Kansai Forum, titled \"The Circle of Knowledge for a Sustainable Society: Medicine and Living Environment in the After Corona,\" discussed how medicine, health, our lives and organizations should change in order to realize a sustainable society in a rapidly changing world. The research poster presentations and booth exhibits also realized research exchanges that transcended fields, positions, and generations, creating opportunities for new collaborations such as joint research.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the following venture companies and researchers were honored at this year's Kansai Forum.<\/span><\/p>\n

The RIVANES Osaka Head Office will host a business plan contest for researchers and ventures that aim to solve problems in the medical and healthcare fields through technology on Saturday, October 10, 2012, called the \"RIVANES Osaka Business Plan Contest.<\/span>The 3rd MEDTEC Grand Prix KOBE<\/span><\/a>\"<\/span>The conference, which will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2012, is a middle and high school student conference called \"<\/span>Science Castle Kansai 2020<\/span><\/a>In addition to the hyperdisciplinary societies, we will set up projects to solve social issues and generate new knowledge, such as the following.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, we plan to hold the Kansai Forum of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields in May 2021. At the forum, we hope to see the seeds of the projects that were born this time grow and develop. We hope you will look forward to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main meeting of the Association of Hyperdifferent Fields will be held in Tokyo on March 5 (Fri.) and 6 (Sat.), 2021. We are sincerely looking forward to your participation.<\/span><\/p>\n
