A panel discussion, \"How will health change with a 'new lifestyle'? will be held within the Kansai Forum 2020 (Sunday, June 21, 2020) hosted by RIVANES.<\/span>

\nThe rapid global spread of the new coronavirus infection has drastically changed people's lives in just a month or two. With a steady decrease in daily activity, eating habits, frequency of going out, and opportunities to talk to people, and changes in the way we maintain our health and communicate with others, are we aware of the changes in our own bodies? In this session, we will consider how we can make ourselves healthier both physically and mentally in this \"new lifestyle\" based on the skills of \"knowing our own body condition\" and expertise in health promotion.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

We have prepared a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session. We are looking for audience members, so please join us. Please visit the conference website (see below).<\/span><\/span>

D. in Science, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, and has served as Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo, Associate Professor at Ochanomizu University, Associate Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology, and Research Team Leader at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). He specializes in the development of machine learning and mathematical statistics methods and large-scale data analysis in the life sciences. He won the KDD Cup 2001, a data mining contest of the American Society for Computing Machinery, and the Oxford Journals-JSBi Prize.<\/p>\n

Born in Hokkaido, Japan. Graduated from Sapporo Medical University, Department of Physical Therapy. He is a certified physical therapist (metabolism) and a doctor of human care science. While engaged in clinical rehabilitation work at private hospitals and university hospitals, he also worked on preventive medicine research from the viewpoint of disease control at the Graduate School of Nephrology, University of Tsukuba. Recognizing the lack of social implementation of medical evidence, he established Exult, Inc. in 2019 to provide lifestyle guidance services based on functional tests and other data.<\/p>\n

\nNobuhiro Hayashi
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Tokyo and a Ph.D. from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he was a lecturer at Fujita Health University before assuming his current position in 2016. He is the representative of the Future Health Science Group of the Open Innovation Hub for Bioscience and Biotechnology, the representative of the Research Promotion Body for Futuristic and Sports Health Science at Tokyo Institute of Technology, and the director of the AI Proteomics Collaborative Research Center from 2019, promoting social implementation of AI proteomics through industry-government-academia collaboration. His areas of expertise are proteomics and molecular biology, and he holds 12 patents and over 100 international publications.<\/p>\n

D. in Science, conducting research on the development of gene therapy for mitochondrial diseases. He joined LIVERNESS Corporation as an intern during his second year of the master's program, and has been involved in the development of educational programs, planning joint research for industry-academia collaboration, and launching projects connecting researchers and ventures in different fields.<\/p>\n
