In such an environment, \"teamwork\" will be emphasized more than ever, and effective teams must be designed to produce results. Teams composed with a focus on individual skills and knowledge are not necessarily optimal. Good teamwork demonstrates synergistic value beyond the addition of individual talents. In this session, we will discuss how effective teams can be designed by visualizing organizational networks based on the characteristics and relationships among members.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We have prepared a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
