\n\u3000As more and more tasks are automated due to the penetration of AI and robots, an increasing number of companies are seeking ways to organize themselves to increase the value of work that can be done only by people. The strength of people lies in the fact that through appropriate communication with others, they can demonstrate value synergistically rather than additively. Visualizing the communication network will surely give each company a hint to consider the appropriate organizational form for the coming era. In this session, we will focus on communication within organizations and discuss the design of new organizational forms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We will have a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.

\n<\/strong>After completing his graduate studies in Open Environmental Science at Keio University, he joined Kansai Electric Power Co. After engaging in planning work for thermal power plants, he was transferred to the Research and Development Office. In the R&D Office, he was in charge of planning new business creation and experienced entrepreneurial activities at KEPCO in 2018. Currently, he is engaged in planning for new business creation, etc. at the Technical Research Institute.<\/span><\/p>\n
