\nWithin the 9th Annual Conference of the Association for Transdisciplinary Research, hosted by RIVANES (March 6-7, 2020 (Friday and Saturday)), a panel discussion, \"Real Tech is by Design! will be held at the conference.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\nReal-tech ventures often view design as a superficial element, such as \"appearance\" or \"shape,\" and as a result, there are many cases where the appeal of the product is not fully brought out. However, design originally refers to all planning activities that have an aesthetic root, and real-tech, whose goal is to solve problems, could be considered design itself. Therefore, Yukihiro Maru, CEO of the RIVANES Group, who is also a science art producer, moderated the session, together with two designers from universities and companies facing essential design, and Amada Holdings Corporation, a machine tool manufacturer that places design perspectives at the center of product development. Together with Mr. Kashimura, they will discuss the relationship between the essence of design and real tech.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We will have a program of discussions among researchers, venture companies, and large corporations from various perspectives, not limited to the themes of this session.
